Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately 5–12 business days, depending on your location, shipping method, and product availability.

Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs, weather, carrier delays, peak shopping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
